Gymnastics For Kids (6 years +)

Whether your child is new to gymnastics or had years of experience, we have a class that is tailored to their skill level! Your student will gain confidence as they set and achieve challenging goals that build their strength, flexibility, coordination, and character.

At this point, your child has probably experimented with cartwheels, flips, and/or other "tricks" at home. Our coaches will teach them the proper technique so their "tricks" look right, are safe, and more fun to do!

Our experienced and USAG safety certified coaches will teach your student gymnastics skills on the traditional apparatus: uneven bars, vault, balance beam, and floor exercise.

We focus on:

Increasing strength, flexibility, and coordination
Teaching proper technique
Introducing & refining gymnastics skills on bars, vault, beam, and floor that are appropriate to your students skill level
Providing opportunities for social interaction
