Coaching Staff

Our passionate coaching staff is USAG safety certified and has over 35 years combined experience coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics.

• Tonya Grotepas

  Owner / Coach

  

  Tonya has been coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics for the last 15 years at various gyms throughout the Salt Lake Valley. She has held positions such as Talented Opportunities Program (TOPS) Manager, Developmental Program Manager, and Assistant Program Manager. Over the past 15 years she has trained gymnasts from tiny tots to level 10. She is USAG safety certified; and has attended Utah and National Gymnastics Congress, an annual training seminar for coaches, and several developmental camps at the national training center. Tonya also trained as a gymnast in competitive gymnastics from 1987 to 1996 reaching Level 10 status, winning state and regional titles.

• Christa Fidler

  Owner / Coach

  

  Christa trained in competitive gymnastics from 1988-1997 reaching Level 10, winning state and regional titles. She has 3 years coaching experience with recreational and competitive gymnastics with Levels 1-4. Christa also trained for 5 years in dance including: Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, and drill. She danced competitively for 1 year winning regional and state titles.

• Laura Weiss

  Owner / Coach

  

  Laura has been coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics for 6 years, teaching tiny tots - level 6. She also trained in competitive gymnastics from 1988 - 1997, reaching level 9 status. Laura also has dance experience, having trained for 15 years in several styles of dance including: tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip hop, and drill. She danced competitively for 3 years winning regional and state titles. She is also a certified massage therapist.
